Job summary

STK Scottsdale is seeking a bartender to deliver premium cocktails and a high-energy, guest-centric dining experience. You will craft drinks, engage guests, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Responsibilities include expert drink preparation, menu recommendations, POS processing, and ensuring safety and sanitation. This role supports the front-of-house team and maintains a clean, organized bar throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain expert knowledge of drinks and recipes.
• Engage guests and provide menu recommendations.
• Process drink orders into the POS system.
• Maintain cash handling and process card transactions.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean bar.
• Assist with food running and bussing.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
• Perform blind cash drops at the end of shifts.
• Support front-of-house with food running and hosting tasks.
