EverTrue is seeking a Dining Server to uphold an upscale dining experience for residents and guests. You will handle orders and service, maintain cleanliness, and support food preparation as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, detailing menu items and allergens, making recommendations, and serving large groups. This role emphasizes customer care, accuracy, and teamwork in a dining-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service in upscale dining environment.
• Knowledge of menu items and allergen content.
• Ability to remember and describe preparation methods and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service that reflects an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food/beverage orders in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Greet customers courteously and address dissatisfaction quickly.
• Know menu details and allergens; describe preparation and cooking to guests.
• Make recommendations and share information about the menu.
• Serve 16+ guests at a time and recall orders as requested.
• Check products for quality and correct issues.
• Perform dining service routines with utensils and equipment.
• Assist with dining setup, buffets, stations, beverages, salads and desserts.
• Assist receiving and storing food and supplies; ensure proper temperatures and on-time service.
• Assist with cleaning to maintain standards.
