Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of food service or hospitality experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with seating.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Provide water and beverage service throughout the meal.
• Provide bread service with professional presentation.
• Serve coffee and other beverages as required.
• Clear soiled tableware promptly and replace with clean pieces between courses.
• Prepare tables for subsequent courses and maintain cleanliness.
• Clear and reset tables after guest departures and keep station organized.
• Demonstrate outstanding service skills and follow service sequence standards.
• Execute closing procedures and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
