Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with seating, supporting the Front Server as needed
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, ingredients and preparation methods
• Deliver water and beverages, provide bread service, and serve coffee
• Clear and reset tables between courses and maintain station cleanliness
• Prepare tables for subsequent courses and ensure cleanliness throughout the meal
• Demonstrate service skills and adhere to service sequence standards
• Execute closing procedures and assist management with duties
