Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a Server Assistant to support the dining team at our Puerto Rico location. You will help the server deliver a seamless, guest-centric experience through attentive prep and unobtrusive service.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, stocking service areas, assisting servers, and providing water and comfort to guests throughout meals, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

• Anticipate and service the owner and guest's needs before requests are necessary.
• Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
• Provide unobtrusive and professional service.
• Provide water throughout the meal to guests.
• Carry trays properly and safely as well as break them down.
• Clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons.
• Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
• Assist servers when needed.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.

About The Role

The Server Assistant assists the server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables.
