Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of table settings and dining room etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to understand guest needs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push carts up to 200 lbs.
• Six months in a resort or restaurant environment preferred.
• Must obtain alcohol service permits as required locally.
• CPR or First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run food promptly from kitchen to guests with correct presentation.
• Assist servers with pre-bussing and guest requests throughout dining.
• Maintain table settings, reset tables, and remove unnecessary items.
• Greet guests and provide seating support as needed.
• Attend meetings and training; complete opening/running/closing side work.
