• Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions for guest inquiries.

• Fluent English communication both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional attitude and courteous demeanor.
• Keep service stations clean and perform side work before/during/after shift.
• Follow proper service procedures.
• Communicate with team and front door staff.
• Assist with table maintenance as guided by server.
• Read guest cues non-verbally to assess satisfaction.
• Support neighboring teammates with service.
• Ensure tables are reset within two minutes of guest departure.
• Bus each course according to standards.
• Complete tasks as directed by management.
