Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company, based in California, is seeking a part-time server to provide exceptional food and beverage service with a courteous and professional approach.

The role involves greeting guests, menu knowledge, taking orders, delivering meals, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in a high‑standard dining area. Flexible hours include weekends and holidays, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience, preferably in an upscale or country club setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards.
• Must have a valid Food Service Workers Card within 30 days of hire.
• Proven knowledge of proper dining room etiquette and food sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members and guests, providing a warm, friendly welcome.
• Present menus, answer questions about the menu and daily specials, and make recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper order and presentation standards.
• Address guest complaints or concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and stocking supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure efficient service.
• Present checks, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure serving practices meet the club’s policies and standards.
