Cogir Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead daily front-of-house operations in our community restaurant. You will train staff, ensure a superb dining experience for residents, and coordinate with kitchen teammates to deliver courteous service.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in upscale dining, two years of supervisory experience, strong communication, a team-player attitude, and flexibility to cover shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler Card/Serve Safe (or ability to obtain) with an understanding of sanitation and food codes.
• Experience in upscale dining and supervising front-of-house staff preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage all front-of-house staff for dining operations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through a top-notch dining experience.
• Provide training for dining room staff and prepare weekly schedules.
• Adjust schedules for community events and maintain budget controls.
• Monitor seating and dining flow to accommodate resident needs.
• Oversee special events, holidays, and themed meals.
• Manage inventory of dining room supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Cogir standards.
• Cover shifts resulting from call-offs.
