Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, AZ, oversees a network of senior living communities nationwide. The Dining Room Supervisor will lead front-of-house operations, train staff, and ensure a superior dining experience for residents across our community.

You will cover shifts and coordinate with the kitchen to meet special requests while maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in upscale dining, 2+ years in supervisory roles, and excellent communication with residents

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Food Handler Card/Serve Safe (or ability to obtain) with understanding of kitchen and dining sanitation and food codes.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage all front-of-house staff for dining room operations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through a top-notch dining experience.
• Provide initial and ongoing training for dining room staff, including servers and support personnel.
• Prepare weekly schedules and manage budget controls.
