Job summary

José Andrés Group is seeking a Beverage Manager for Bazaar Meat by José Andrés in Miami, to lead the beverage program with an emphasis on cocktails, wine, and guest experience. You will oversee daily bar operations, training, inventory, and cost controls while upholding the brand's hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include crafting seasonal menus with Corporate Beverage Leadership, mentoring bartenders, performing tastings, reviewing invoices, and driving beverage-driven revenue through

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bar management experience in upscale or luxury dining.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Experience controlling beverage costs and inventory.
• Ability to train and develop hospitality teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Bazaar Meat beverage program across cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Maintain recipe consistency, presentation, and service standards.
• Partner with Corporate Beverage Leadership on seasonal updates and development.
• Conduct tastings, product evaluations, and QA reviews.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, cost controls, and vendor relations.
• Train, lead, and develop bartenders and bar staff while managing floor presence.
