Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role, especially fine dining or upscale restaurants.
• WA State Health Card / Food Handlers Permit (required)
• Class 12 Alcohol Permit (required)
• Must be able to obtain a Class III B gaming license

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming reservations and allocate tables.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and ensure proper setup.
