Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking an Assistant Server – Mozen to support the front-of-house team in a fine dining setting. You will buss tables, assist with drinks, reset stations, and help servers deliver food and beverage service with professionalism.

You will maintain menu knowledge, ensure cleanliness, uphold service standards, and assist in coordinating with kitchen and team members, including during busy service periods.

• Business-ready by bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables between guests.
