Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Cashier – Mozen to deliver exceptional guest service and accurately process food and beverage orders. You will handle payments, operate the POS system, and ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining, high-volume setting.

The role requires strong guest service, cash handling, and communication skills, with flexibility to work 24/7 shifts in a casino-resort environment. Prior casino/food & beverage experience is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years experience handling cash and processing transactions in food & beverage or retail environments.
Background check and gaming license required by Morongo Gaming Agency.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with professionalism and provide exceptional guest service.
Accurately take and call out food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Operate cash register and process payments, discounts, comps, and room charges.
Present and deliver guest checks and ensure correct payments and change returned.
Maintain knowledge of menu items to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of cashier station and service areas.
Support smooth dining service flow through collaboration with kitchen and service staff.
