Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a food service support role (assistant server, busser, or food runner).

• Casino, resort or fine dining experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Assist Servers by taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Serve water, beverages, and food items promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and presentation standards.
• Bus tables and reset stations between guests.
• Monitor dining area for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Restock and maintain service stations and work areas.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team, and kitchen staff.
• Comply with alcohol service laws and ABC regulations.
• Perform additional side work and duties as assigned.
