Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in California is seeking a Cashier – Mozen to deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests, processing orders, handling payments, and ensuring timely delivery of meals and beverages in a fine-dining setting.

The role requires cash handling, POS operation, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced casino environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler Certification required or obtained upon hire.
• Prior cash handling and POS experience preferred.
• Experience in a casino, resort, or upscale dining setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide excellent service.
• Accurately take and call out orders using POS, process payments.
• Operate cash register, handle discounts and room charges per policy.
• Deliver checks and ensure correct payments and change.
• Assist with food and beverage service and maintain station cleanliness.
• Maintain menu knowledge and assist with service flow as needed.
