Job summary

Invited is seeking a Bartender to uphold beverage control, precision pouring, and exceptional member service. You will maintain a clean bar area, learn the club's standards, and execute orders with accuracy while supporting a premium guest experience.

You will greet members, remember preferences, and resolve issues professionally, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and the club's overall success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
• Strong commitment to maintaining ethical work standards.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Basic bar and wine knowledge, including cocktails and varietals.
• Ability to properly open a bottle of wine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&B training program.
• Assist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.
• Know members’ names and greet them promptly with a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, practicing service recovery.
• Maintain bar setup: glassware, garnishes, ice, and stocking for each shift.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift.
• Ensure all liquor, beer, and wine are stocked and properly poured.
• Support team with additional duties and participate in daily briefings.
