Invited is seeking a Bartender to maintain beverage control, pour accurately, and keep the bar clean while delivering service that aligns with the club's standards and meets member expectations.

You will greet members by name, assist with food and beverage service at the bar, and maintain knowledge of menu, daily features, and specials. The role emphasizes the 3-steps of service and teamwork in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
• Previous Food & Beverage service experience.
• Excellent communication and instruction-following skills.
• Willingness to work indoors/outdoors and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&B program.
• Assist with the service of food and beverages at the bar.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately execute orders and requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Stock and restock supplies; ensure beverage control.
• Know the menu and daily features; upsell where appropriate.
• Collaborate with team and participate in the 3-steps of service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and notify management.
