Job summary

Invited is seeking a bartender to uphold beverage control, accurate pouring, and exceptional service in a premier club setting. You will keep the bar area clean, greet members, and ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining beverage standards and safety.

You will work closely with the F&B leadership to deliver a warm, personalized experience, participate in service training, and support a positive team environment across all club operations.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and foodsafety awareness.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high ethical work standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&B service training program.
• Assist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.
• Know members’ names, greet them promptly, provide a warm and personalized experience.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery.
• Prepare the bar area for service by setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, ensuring all items are stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure daily assignments and side work are completed to meet club standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the a la carte menu, daily features and specials.
• Ensure liquor items are stocked, poured, and managed responsibly.
• Support team and participate in the 3-steps of service.
• Attend daily briefings and stay informed.
• Wear a clean, neat uniform.
