Job summary

Invited is seeking a Bartender to uphold beverage control, pour accurately, and provide exceptional service. You will keep the bar clean, assist with food and drink service, and deliver a warm, personalized guest experience aligned with the club’s standards.

You will know the menu, stock all items, manage orders efficiently, and work collaboratively with teammates while maintaining safety and professionalism on duty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with alcohol safety certification.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service at the bar as outlined in training.
• Assist with service of beverages and light food to members and guests.
• Know member names, greet warmly, and ensure a personalized experience.
• Accurately take and fulfill orders and handle guest requests promptly.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels; ensure beverage control compliance.
• Support team and participate in required duties and safety practices.
