Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and foodsafety awareness.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service at the bar.
• Assist with service of food and beverages to members and guests.
• Know names of members and provide a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately take and fulfill orders and requests.
• Resolve complaints professionally and practice service recovery.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock bottles, garnishes, and glassware.
