Fantasy Springs Resort is hiring bartenders to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced resort/casino bar. You will greet guests, know the drink list, upsell food and drinks, and handle POS transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old and fluent in English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of bartending in upscale/high-volume settings preferred.
• Knowledge of casino beverage operations and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders promptly at the bar.
• Maintain knowledge of drink menus and upsell items.
• Enter orders accurately into POS and deliver drinks quickly.
• Ensure safe drinking practices and monitor guest intoxication levels.
• Provide personalized service and remember guest preferences.
• Keep bar area clean and restocked; assist bar backs when needed.
• Operate cash register and balance cash and tips per policy.
• Promote casino events and direct guests to areas as needed.
