Greet guests, present menus, and coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure timely service. Weekend and holiday availability is expected in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience; resort or upscale dining a plus.
• Strong guest-service mindset and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of breakfast service, coffee programs, and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
• Provide courteous, polished, and personalized breakfast service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and offer knowledgeable recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain table presentation through efficient pre-bussing, clearing, and resetting.
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and with discretion.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Uphold The Sea Pines Resort standards of service, appearance, and professionalism.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization.
