LBA Hospitality is seeking a Server at our Hilton Head Island property to deliver prompt, courteous service and maintain a guest-ready dining area. You will interact with guests, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accuracy and timely service.

Responsibilities include processing charges, handling gratuities, and upholding safety procedures while presenting a welcoming, professional image to guests and teammates.

• Computer literacy to operate the property management system and post charges.
• Sell, suggest and serve quality food and beverage items as per standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere.
• Process guest charges and gratuities in accordance to standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and security practices, have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service.
• Complete daily side work including stocking; may order, cost control and monitor item quality.
• Maintain certification from a brand approved responsible vendor training program.
• Other duties as assigned, that the associate is capable of performing.
