EOS Hospitality seeks a welcoming server for Lolo's Surf Cantina in Miami Beach, FL. You will greet guests, explain menus, and provide knowledgeable beverage and food recommendations. Be prepared to enter orders accurately into the POS and deliver meals with speed and courtesy.

Knowledge of daily specials, upselling, and maintaining cleanliness is essential. This role requires weekend/holiday availability and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards.
• Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when appropriate.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work assignments.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage programs.
• Comply with all alcohol service regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with managers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and culinary team members.
• Adhere to EOS Hospitality standards for service, safety, appearance, and professionalism.
