EOS Hospitality is seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Server to welcome guests and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations at Lolo's Surf Cantina in Miami Beach. You will take orders, serve, and ensure a positive dining experience with attentive service.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability, proper appearance, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards.
• Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when appropriate.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work assignments.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage programs.
• Comply with all alcohol service regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with managers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and culinary team members.
• Adhere to EOS Hospitality standards for service, safety, appearance, and professionalism.
