Job summary

Azabu Miami and Lolo's on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach seek friendly servers to provide top-notch beach and outdoor service. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include accurate POS entry, expediting orders, handling payments, and maintaining clean service areas while meeting presentation standards. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Availability for weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to guests on the beach and in outdoor areas.
• Greet guests warmly and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS and relay special requests to kitchen/bar.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with quality standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment.
• Set up and break down beach service areas per standards.
• Comply with responsible alcohol service and company policies.
• Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team.
