EOS Hospitality is seeking a professional Server to join the team at Azabu Miami and Lolo's on 161 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach, FL. The role requires welcoming guests, answering questions about menus, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to high standards.

You will ensure accurate POS entry, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized service area while collaborating with managers and culinary staff. Prior experience in upscale dining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards.
• Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when appropriate.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work assignments.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage programs.
• Comply with all alcohol service regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with managers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and culinary team members.
• Adhere to EOS Hospitality standards for service, safety, appearance, and professionalism.
