Job summary

EOS Hospitality is seeking a courteous and energetic server for Azabu Miami and Lolo's in Miami Beach. You will deliver food, present dishes, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, fine dining-inspired setting.

The role emphasizes accurate order verification, collaboration with chefs and servers, and maintaining spotless service areas. Experience in upscale environments is preferred, and a professional appearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify all food orders for accuracy, presentation, and proper accompaniments before leaving the kitchen.
• Announce and describe dishes to guests when serving.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, expos, servers, bartenders, and management.
• Assist in maintaining proper pacing and flow of service.
• Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and according to restaurant standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to the appropriate server or manager.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and expo lines.
• Support opening, closing, and side work duties assigned by management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude at all times.
• Adhere to company grooming, appearance, and uniform standards.
