Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols on the sales floor, stock areas, and entrances.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established protocols and emergency services when needed.
• Document patrols and incidents in reports while maintaining a professional presence.
