Job summary

THE ONE GROUP is seeking a skilled Bartender in Scottsdale to craft cocktails and deliver premium bar experiences. You will anticipate guest needs, execute flawless drinks, and maintain a high-energy atmosphere in a renowned, upscale setting.

Candidates should bring strong mixology knowledge, a passion for spirits, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and craft beer.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages to high-quality standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes.
• Engage with guests, provide menu recommendations and an interactive experience.
• Process drink orders accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain proper cash handling and process card transactions.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean bar before, during, and after shifts.
• Garnish drinks, replenish snacks, and present beverages attractively.
• Assist with food orders for guests seated at the bar and ensure timely delivery.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to management.
• Perform cash drops in the safe at end of shift.
• Support front-of-house team with food running and bussing tables.
