Job summary

STK San Diego is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft signature cocktails and deliver a premium bar experience in a fast-paced, upscale setting. You will engage guests, recommend menu items, and ensure flawless execution from order to service.

Responsibilities include maintaining expert knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft beers; handling POS transactions; and supporting food service for bar guests. Join a team that values hospitality, speed, and style.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and craft beer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages while upholding STK San Diego's quality standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits and cocktail recipes.
• Engage with guests and make menu recommendations.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and balance cash at shift end.
• Keep bar organized, stocked, and clean before, during, and after shifts.
• Garnish drinks, replenish snacks, and present beverages attractively.
• Assist with food orders for bar guests and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
