Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking a Bartender in Stone Creek, Montgomery, OH, to craft cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in an upscale setting.

You will work with servers and kitchen staff, manage inventory and payments, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Upscale bartending experience in an upscale restaurant is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly and attentive customer interactions; provide recommendations.
• Beverage Knowledge: Understand the bar menu, ingredients, flavors, and pairings; stay updated on trends.
• Inventory Management: Monitor bar inventory and keep within budget; maintain stock levels.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Keep bar area clean and sanitary; manage cash and payments accurately.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff; assist training of junior bartenders.
