Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Upscale restaurant bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques and presentation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Customer Service: Greet guests and assist with beverage selections and recommendations.
• Beverage Knowledge: Understand menu, ingredients, flavor profiles and pairings.
• Inventory Management: Monitor liquor, mixers, garnishes and glassware.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain bar area, sanitize equipment and handle payments.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff; assist with training when needed.
