Candidates should be 21+, have upscale bar experience, know drink recipes, and handle POS and cash accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Upscale restaurant bartending experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and presentation.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and assist in beverage selections and recommendations.
• Beverage Knowledge: Understand menu, ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings.
• Inventory Management: Monitor bar stock and manage inventory within budget.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean bar area and adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines; process payments and reconcile sales.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and other bartenders; mentor junior staff.
