Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Bartender to join our Montgomery, TX team. The role involves mixing, pouring, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to outlet needs and guest preferences.

You will set up and stock the bar, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safe beverage service. Prior bartending or beverage experience is preferred, with a strong focus on customer service and accurate POS handling.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or food/beverage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments using POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations; TIPS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour and serve beverages per recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock bar with beverages, glassware and supplies.
• Keep bar area clean and organized per health and safety standards.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible beverage guidelines.
• Interact with guests professionally, provide prompt service.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts.
• Handle cash/credit transactions per outlet procedures.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages to Bar Manager.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and clean equipment.
