Qualifications

• Minimum of three years beverage service experience at upscale/high-volume venue.
• Must obtain a Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) card.
• Strong knowledge of wines and fine spirits.
• Excellent guest service and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage and food orders and prepare drinks per department specifications.
• Provide unmatched service and timely delivery of orders to guests.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure beverage prep areas comply with Pennsylvania Health Codes.
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with Pennsylvania liquor laws.
• Provide information about Wind Creek services, events and promotions.
• Use bar equipment safely and according to standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to policies.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
