Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines and safety controls
• Provide cordial, efficient and professional guest service to ensure satisfaction
• Ring guest checks, collect cash and process charges per policy
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
• Know and comply with state liquor laws
• Maintain established pars
• Perform all sidework duties per schedule
