Qualifications

• Outgoing and social personality with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Sharp attention to detail from cocktail presentation to guest satisfaction.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team-player mindset.
• Previous bartending experience preferred; hotel/restaurant/rooftop backgrounds are a plus; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to guests with personal connections and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and complete daily bar cleaning per health standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, ingredients and garnishes; answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation meets guest expectations.
