Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred in hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build guest connections.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station per health standards.
• Know cocktail menu, beer, wine, ingredients and garnishes.
• Process payments and reconcile end of shift.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and liquor law compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
