White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a bartender to deliver high-quality service at our premium properties. You’ll provide personable guest interactions, suggesting menu items and ensuring drinks meet quality standards.

Role requires the ability to work fast-paced shifts, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes benefits, dailyPay options, and opportunities across multiple hotels in various markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests with friendly conversation and informed recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and perform daily cleaning and side work.
• Know menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, friendly work environment.
• I.D. guests and monitor for responsible service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
