Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group seeks a Bartender for Red Circle Inn in Wisconsin. You will serve customers, provide information to help with food and beverage selections, and present meal and drink options to create a warm, inviting dining experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, suggesting menu items, and maintaining a smooth, friendly atmosphere. Must be of legal drinking age and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, and count change).
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Valid Operator's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner.
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials.
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines and safety procedures.
• Control allocated guest checks by documenting all required information as orders are taken.
• Process payments and ensure accuracy of guest checks and payments.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests.
