Qualifications

• Completion of mixology or barkeeping training.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and service.
• Ability to learn Point of Sale systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from patrons or waitstaff.
• Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks.
• Maintain bar spaces and keep them clean and organized.
• Ensure customers are of legal drinking age by checking IDs.
• Collect payments for drinks and manage garnishes.
