RED CIRCLE INN in Wisconsin seeks a friendly Busser/Server Assistant to support a high-energy dining room. You will set and clear tables, present beverages, assist servers, maintain sanitation, stock service stations, and ensure a smooth flow from kitchen to guest.

This role rewards a competitive spirit and teamwork, requiring basic math, legible handwriting and excellent guest service. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, navigate busy floors, and help guests enjoy a memorable dining

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Legible handwriting required.
• Strong customer service and oral communication.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift.
• Ability to balance a serving tray on one hand while delivering orders with the other.
• Capacity to set up folding tables for heavy orders.
• Take orders, review bills, and navigate dining room and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Clear all used tableware and debris from tables.
• Wipe tables and chairs; maintain cleanliness of dining area.
• Assist servers by refilling beverages and providing condiments.
• Keep bus station clean, stocked, and orderly.
• Distribute cleaned dishes to service stations for ready use.
• Identify and explain dishes on current menus.
• Perform other duties including loading dishes and sweeping.
