Job summary

STK Boston, a member of The ONE Group, is seeking an experienced bartender to craft cocktails and deliver a premium bar experience. You will anticipate guest needs, keep an energetic atmosphere, and maintain high service standards throughout a dynamic shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale bar/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift trays or bar equipment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and represent the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classics, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes.
• Engage with guests, providing menu recommendations and an interactive experience.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures and process payments.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean bar before, during, and after shifts.
• Garnish drinks, replenish snacks, and present beverages attractively.
• Assist with food orders for bar guests and ensure timely delivery.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to management.
• Perform blind cash drops at shift end.
• Support front-of-house with food running and bussing as needed.
