Job summary

The ONE GROUP is seeking a skilled bartender to craft cocktails and deliver a premium bar experience in a high-energy setting. You will engage guests, maintain expert knowledge of beverages, and work closely with the POS system to ensure flawless service.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and craft beer.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or bar equipment as needed.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and represent the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages to maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes.
• Engage with guests, provide menu recommendations, and deliver an interactive experience.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Maintain proper cash handling and process payments.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean bar before, during, and after shifts.
• Garnish drinks, replenish snacks, and present beverages attractively.
• Assist with food orders for bar guests and ensure timely delivery.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to management.
• Perform blind cash drops at end of shift.
• Support front-of-house with food running, bussing tables, and hosting assistance.
