Job summary

STK Steakhouse is seeking an energetic Bartender to craft cocktails, engage guests, and deliver a premium bar experience. You will anticipate guest needs, maintain a high-energy atmosphere, and showcase expert knowledge of cocktails and wines.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience in upscale venues, strong mixology skills, and the ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service. Shifts are nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and craft beer.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high energy under pressure.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Able to stand long shifts and lift bar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Craft cocktails, engage guests, and deliver premium bar experience.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and recipes.
• Take and process drink orders accurately in the POS system.
• Keep bar stocked, clean, and organized throughout shifts.
• Assist with food orders for bar guests and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
