THE ONE GROUP is seeking an experienced bartender to craft signature cocktails and deliver a premium bar experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. You will engage guests, recommend menu items, and ensure flawless drink execution across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and craft beer.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Must follow all alcohol service guidelines and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails and beverages to high standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and recipes.
• Engage guests with recommendations and memorable service.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Ensure proper cash handling and secure transactions.
• Set up and stock the bar, maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with food orders at the bar and timely delivery.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
