Job summary

The One Group’s STK Dallas is hiring a Bartender to craft signature cocktails and deliver a premium bar experience in a high-energy setting. You will anticipate guest needs, mix flawless drinks, and maintain an organized, inviting bar area.

Join a team that emphasizes exceptional service, extensive product knowledge, and teamwork across front-of-house. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers and craft beers.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and work under pressure.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift trays or bar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to high standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes.
• Engage with guests, provide menu recommendations and a interactive experience.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and process payments as required.
• Set up and stock the bar, ensure cleanliness before/during/after shifts.
• Garnish drinks and present beverages attractively.
• Assist with food orders and timely delivery to bar guests.
• Follow health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Report equipment issues to management.
• Perform blind cash drops in the safe at end of shift.
• Support front-of-house with bussing tables and hosting tasks.
