Responsibilities include preparing signature cocktails, maintaining knowledge of spirits, assisting with food running, and upholding health and safety standards. This role offers growth within a global brand and requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in high-volume upscale settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and craft beer.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails and beverages to a high standard.
• Engage with guests and provide recommendations.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized bar before, during, and after shifts.
• Assist with food running and support front-of-house as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
